OVERVIEW:
The Jungle is a plant nursery specialising in every plant you can think of. They have finally progressed from selling from an Instagram account, run by two best friends to opening their very own shop and were looking for a branding solution to make their business stand out from their competitors.
The design approach focused on capturing the energy and personality of The Jungle while helping it stand out in a competitive retail space. Inspired by the variety, shape and movement found in plants, the brand balances bold colour with organic typography and playful illustration. The result is a visual identity that feels confident, welcoming and full of life. Reflecting both the passion behind the business and the sense of discovery you experience when stepping into the shop.

THE OUTCOME
To make this brand stand out, I chose a bright and bold colour palette consisting of green, yellow, orange and pink, taking inspiration from vibrant plants. The typeface has organic, rough edges and the movement within the characters’ heights adds a sense of growth. The energetic colour palette paired with the layered illustrations invites you to explore The Jungle further.
